Boston Celtics superstar forward went on the First We Feast podcast and talked about the media narrative surrounding him. He’s ready to clear up some misconceptions.
“I don’t really do too many podcasts, interviews, I rarely do them so, some of the narratives kind of float, and I allow them to float. Going forward, I look forward to clearing up some misconceptions.”
Brown said this in response to the interviewer asking about his “STATE YOUR SOURCE” shirt at the championship parade, due to a comment from Stephen A Smith, where he said there may be problems with Brown’s marketability earlier in the season.
Brown ended his statement saying maybe he’ll clear the air with Stephen A soon. “Maybe me and Stephen A will have a sit down at some point.”
Brown has been the center of controversy and media narrative for years. Being called the Robin to Jayson Tatum’s Batman, and people calling for him to be traded.
Recently, he was snubbed off the Team USA roster, presumably because of his problems with Nike, the team’s main sponsor.
However, it looks like Brown is ready to clear the air this season, and prove he and the Celtics are the best basketball team in the world.
