According to the general managers of the NBA, Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum is the best small forward in the league this upcoming season. Dallas Mavericks’ Luka Doncic, Phoenix Suns’ Kevin Durant, and LA Lakers’ LeBron James tied for second place.
This is the second year in a row where he was ranked the best. Last season, Tatum averaged 27 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and a steal a game for the Celtics.
He also helped lead the team to their first championship since 2008, and almost averaged a double-double the entire playoffs.
This season, Tatum is predicted to average around the same as last season, maybe averaging a point more per game.
However, Tatum has been working on his scoring, so he might be even more efficient than what he last showed in the NBA Finals and the Olympics.
Tatum will definitely be the best small forward in the league this season, and probably one of the top players in the NBA.
