Boston Celtics veteran Al Horford believes his team’s superstars, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, are ready to take over the league this upcoming season. He has been working out with them these past few weeks, and has seen nothing but progress.

Horford was quite upset about the Jays being disrespected at the Olympics, which is one of the main reasons for their grind.

“I personally was not happy about it. Those guys, they’re very special to me. It motivated me and all of us for this season.” It seems the whole team is ready to fight after their stars were so heavily criticized and disrespected.

For Tatum specifically, Horford has seen him working out more than ever before. “I walked in to the facility at 8 AM and JT was already done with his workout. He must’ve started at 6, and he’s been doing that for 2 weeks”.

What Horford was referring to was what was reported earlier about Jayson Tatum, where sources said he was doing multiple workouts a day to fix his criticized jump shot.

For Brown, Horford said he was looking a lot bigger, and meaner. “I've been in the gym with Jaylen the past few weeks, he looks like he's put on 10 more pounds of muscle. He's so hungry, so motivated, so driven."

In any case, it looks like the Celtics roster is coming to play, and are going for a second NBA Finals title.
