Two of the most skilled, best technical wrestlers to grace the squared circle enter each other's orbit on Saturday as Randy Orton looks to take the WWE Heavyweight championship off of Gunther's waist at the premiere of WWE Bash in Berlin. Ever since Gunther defeated Damian Priest at SummerSlam, Orton's had the Austrian in his crosshairs, and now he travels to the King of the Ring's backyard to see if he can pry the gold away from him.

Things turned personal a couple of weeks ago when he two had an in-ring promo and Gunther denigrated Orton's family tree, and The Viper delivered an RKO to set the tone for the oncoming battle, a rematch to the match they had earlier when a referee botch gave Gunther the KotR title that earned him the automatic challenge that he cashed in on. Now Orton gets the shot he was robbed of; who will emerge victorious?

Match Prediction

Predicted match length: 30 minutes

Orton's been living on the Blue Brand for a while, but the outcome of this match will likely determine which brand he is on for the foreseeable future. A victory will solidify him as a fixture on Monday Night Raw, while a Gunther win likely sends The Viper back to Friday Night Smackdown. So how does this one play out?

With the WWE planning on returning to Germany in 2025, it's difficult to imagine the sole European participant in the match card losing the title he just earned in his very first televised defense. But here's the twist...

Sending Orton back to SmackDown on the verge of the Blue Brand moving to USA Network (September 13) could lead to a feud with whomever is the current Undisputed champion. Rhodes and Kevin Owens will face off in the PLE, but that doesn't mean the confrontations end there.

Prediction: Owens loses to Rhodes, and he and Orton end up turning their backs on Rhodes in the coming weeks to set the stage for Bad Blood. Gunther then turns his attention to Drew McIntyre.
