The New York Jets' injury report didn't change much at all on Friday.

As the team prepares to host the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football, four Jets' players were limited practice participants due to injuries. The quartet includes starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers and veteran right tackle Morgan Moses. Meanwhile, starting slot cornerback Michael Carter II was a non-participant for the second day in a row.

The only tweak on the injury report was left tackle Tyron Smith being upgraded to a limited participant following a built-in veteran rest day.

There is some concern about the 40-year-old Rodgers, who has been banged up each of the past two games. He hasn't missed a snap due to injury but has played through visible discomfort.

"Same ankle, little bit of the hamstring. Limited in practice, but no thoughts of any time he'll miss on Monday night," said interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich on Thursday in Florham Park.

Ulbrich sounded hopeful that Moses would return to the lineup on Monday. The 33-year-old bookend suffered a knee sprain in Week 3 and has missed back-to-back games. Rookie Olu Fashanu has filled in for the veteran, but has been unable to match his production, especially in run blocking.

"Morgan has the knee, on track to play, fired up," said Ulbrich.

Carter, who had been nursing a nagging ankle issue, could miss some time due to a back injury. He needed to exit after playing only one snap in Week 5 against the Minnesota Vikings. If he's a non-participant again on Saturday, it's highly unlikely he'd suit up to face the Bills.

Starting linebacker CJ Mosley has missed the last three games due to a toe injury. He was a limited practice participant and may finally be ready to return.

"Obviously, a guy that we'd love to have back, especially for Monday night," said Ulbrich.

The Jets (2-3) host the Bills (3-2) on October 14 at MetLife Stadium. New York must issue a final injury report on Saturday afternoon.
