The New England Patriots, after having a mini bye week following their Thursday night loss to the New York Jets at Metlife Stadium, will take on the San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium for their fourth game of the 2024 season.

Ahead of the Week 4 battle, New England held their final practice session of the week on the fields behind Gillette Stadium before traveling to California.

For the matchup, the Patriots have ruled out cornerback Alex Austin (ankle), offensive tackle Vederian Lowe (knee) and guard Michael Jordan (ankle).

Linebacker Anfernee Jennings (shoulder), cornerback Jon Jones (shoulder), guard Sidy Sow (ankle) and offensive tackle Caedan Wallace (knee) are all questionable.

New England's offensive line is completely up in the air for this game. If Wallace can't go, the Patriots will likely go with Demontrey Jacobs at left tackle, which would be the fourth different player to start at that position in four different weeks.

Considering how bad they've already been at protecting Jacoby Brissett, things could get much worse against Nick Bosa and company this weekend.
