The New England Patriots ran their offense through tight end Hunter Henry in Week 2, as he caught eight passes for a career-high 109 yards against the Seattle Seahawks.
However, he caught just two passes for nine yards in Week 3 and was absent from practice on Monday due to an injury.
Considering how little New England's wide receivers have done through the first three games of the 2024 season, Henry's availability is important in Week 4.
At this point, his status is up in the air ahead of the team's Sunday afternoon matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Keep up to date with all the latest on Henry's injury with our tracker below.

Hunter Henry Fantasy Football Outlook
Through three weeks, Henry is the eight-highest-scoring tight end in PPR formats, scoring 25.6 points (8.5 per game). However, tight end has been a tough position to understand and predict in recent years, and the 49ers have allowed just 9.9 total fantasy points this season in PPR (3.9 in non-PPR). There may be better options to stream in Week 4.
