The New England Patriots, after dropping their last two matchups to the Seattle Seahawks and New York Jets, are hitting the road again for the third time in four weeks for a Sunday matchup with the San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium.
New England's offense has looked horrendous through three weeks, and their defense which was supposed to be one of the best in the league, has looked questionable at times.
San Francisco has also started their 2024 campaign with a 1-2 record after losing in the Super Bowl last year. They've dealt with a number of injuries to key players, including All-Pro running back Christian McCaffrey, who already landed on injured reserve.
Before we get to game day, let's take a look at these two teams and discuss some things that fans should know heading into the matchup.
