Despite his slow start, Judge now finds himself back in the MVP race. His 17 home runs are tied for the most in MLB while his 1.050 OPS now leads all MLB players. His 3.3 fWAR now ranks second among all players and trails only Bobby Whitt Jr. (3.4) entering Sunday.
Judge endured an incredibly slow start but is now enjoying an insane streak during the month of May.
It's the type of streak no player has ever gone through in the history of the sport.
