Fantasy Football Kicker Auction Values 2024: Dollar projections, rankings for kickers image

For fantasy football leagues who still use kickers, the general draft advice is waiting until the last round — often the 17th pick in 12-team formats — to take the one and only player from the position. The thinking is not much different in auction leagues.

The best kickers are worth a $1 bid, but the rest should be had for zero dollars. With a $200 budget, when you're trying to take big expensive swings at other positions, spending $2 or more on a kicker is not wise.

If you really want to land a particular kicker for $1, such as young Cowboys star Brandon Aubrey, the strategy would be throwing out his name for bidding early. No one will bid more than $1 for that player.

But the smarter plan would be waiting until near the end of your auction, using $1 should you still have a late preference. Otherwise, you can walk away with a solid option at no cost.
