India will be entering the Olympic Games in Paris with a strong shooting lineup of 21 players. After a disappointing outing in Tokyo three years ago, the Indian squad will be eager to win some medals at the event. At the Tokyo Olympics, none of the players from the 15-member squad managed to bag a medal. 

Latest sports betting and odds

A total of 8 shooters in rifle, 7 shooters in pistol and 6 shooters in shotgun will be competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Out of the 21 Indian shooters in Paris, four of them will be making their appearance in the Olympic Games for the second time. 

Manu Bhaker, Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar, Anjum Moudgil and Elavenil Valarivan will be making their second Olympic appearance.

Schedule for the shooting event at Paris Olympics

The first shooting event at the Paris Olympics will be the 10m air rifle that kicks off on July 27. Following the rifle event all other events will commence. All events will be concluded by August 5.
