Fantasy Football Standard, Non-PPR WR Rankings 2024: Best wide receivers, top sleepers, and breakouts image

Even with the shift towards wide receiver dominance in most fantasy football formats and the actual NFL, running backs reign supreme in Non-PPR leagues. But this doesn't mean wide receivers are irrelevant. We just saw Tyreek Hill and CeeDee Lamb put on a show, finishing as two of the most valuable players in all formats.

When it comes to drafting wide receivers, drafters can easily become inundated with choices. We rank 75 wide receivers here, but there are realistically more than 100 players who have a case for being "draftable".

Sifting through the various options at receiver can be rather grueling. Thankfully, we have done this work already, determining how drafters should value each receiver in upcoming drafts.

DOMINATE YOUR DRAFT: 2024 Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet

The top of the list consists of the usual suspects: Tyreek Hill, CeeDee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, and company. But as we venture further down the list, you'll find that we at The Sporting News value some players at a different level than consensus. Should Michael Pittman be drafted as a starter in 2 WR leagues? Maybe not.

As the draft progresses, you should be more willing to stray from a player's average draft position (ADP). Each year, players emerge from the middle rounds to smash in fantasy football and lead teams to championships. Don't be afraid to reach on the guys who you believe will break out in 2024. Hitting on these players will set you up for a highly successful season.

Draft season is just ramping up. Check back in on these rankings often; they'll be updated regularly from now until NFL Kickoff on Sept. 5.

Fantasy Football Standard, Non-PPR WR Rankings: Best wide receivers for 2024 drafts

Yes, finding a top-notch running back is crucial in Non-PPR leagues. But completely neglecting wide receivers is likely a bad draft strategy. If Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs are off the board and you don't have a wide receiver, you've probably pushed the envelope too far and should consider hammering wide receiver in the following rounds.

Don't be afraid to snag an elite receiver in the early rounds either. We've got Round 1 grades on seven receivers. Take advantage of Draft Day slides as well; if Garrett Wilson slides to Round 2, scoop up that value and address other positions in subsequent rounds.
