It's PLE Eve! With Bad Blood now less than 24 hours away, the finishing touches are being applied to the tangential storylines for the Blue Brand. The Phenomenal AJ Styles has been back in the WWE for a week, but he'll finally make his on-screen return after last being seen on the Quitting end of a match with Cody Rhodes.
There'll be another feature to raise the stakes of Roman Reigns return to the ring, as he and Rhodes prepare to put their differences aside in order to take down Solo Sikoa and the Bloodline. Two members have their own in-ring things to worry about, as they face off against two teams they've tormented over the last month.
Meanwhile the women's side has a preview to one of Saturday's women's title matches as Naomi and Tiffany Stratton face off ahead of Nia Jax and Bayley's rematch. The trash cans will come out as Michin brings a dumpster match to the doorstep of Chelsea Green.
Here's everything we know about Friday's episode of Smackdown, and stay here for the results.

AJ Styles Promo
Interrupted by Carmelo Hayes to "welcome him back," but proclaim that he's deserving of the US Heavyweight championship instead of LA Knight and Andrade. Styles tells him that Knight is relentless, but Hayes tells him he doesn't take advice from quitters. Styles retaliates, if you were really him he'd have the belt. The crowd starts chanting "He's not him," and Styles challenges him to a match.
Hayes declines and tries to walk out the ring but then Knight's music comes on and the champ appears.
Knight calls out both, Hayes for running and Styles for lying about retirement. He then does LA Knight things, and tells Hayes if he wants a shot at the title he's gonna have to beat Styles.
Match on.
Carmelo Hayes vs LA Knight: US Qualifier Match
Styles seemed to injure his ankle before the commercial break and once they returned he tried to continue but couldn't. The ref called the match and an extremely frustrated Styles hobbles out the ring. Right when Hayes is being announced as the winner, Knight slinks in the ring and lands a BFT to make sure Hayes knows what's what.
Hayes win by submission.
Chelsea Green vs Michin in a Dumpster Match
Michin gives Green one of her Kendo Sticks but not knowing how to use it, Michin quickly gets the advantage and takes the opportunity to break out all of the props. A mean metal tin to the face of Green and a missle drop kick get the action rocking. Green avoids getting scooped into the dumpster and takes control. A DDT into a German Suplexgives her an advantage and then a Canadian Destroyer, Green throws her in the dumpster, but Michin keeps her from closing the top. A missed Unpretty Her turns into a Eat Defeat and then a can-over-the-head, top tunbuckle butt drop.
Michin is setting up the table on top of the dumpster when Piper Niven comes out and attacks her, catching her with a Senton but missing the cannonball. Michin avoids being knocked off the apron, catches Green and scoops her up crotch-to-face and then PowerBomb her through the table, climbs out the dumpster and slams the top shut for the win.
Green pops up covered in garbage.
Bayley Promo
Wasting no time she calls Nia Jax and Tifanny Stratton to the ring. Bayley tells her she doesn't respect the title like the legends before her, but they've never had a dominant stretch like what Jax is on. There's only two people who can take the title, her and Stratton, sewing the seed for the Stratton betrayal at Bad Blood on Saturday. Stratton falls for it before recovering (calling Bayley "Pam" in the process). She tells her to bow down, Bayley goes in, calls her a "stupid B" and theey get to wrecking. Bayley takes Stratton's briefcase and beats her down, placing the belt on her lifeless body.
Stratton once again comes close to cashing it in, but Jax gets up, stares her down and exits the ring.
Naomi vs Tiffany Stratton
Spiringboard Cannonbaall by Stratton was nice. The Split Drop on the apron then the Backpack Stunner were vicious moves by Naomi. Leg Scissor DDT. Naomi tried another Face Drop but Stratton hand planted, sprung up and landed a standing drop kick that was beautiful. Naomi tried a top turnbuckle cross body but Streatton catches her. Splitleg Moonsault missed, Stratton missed her move and Naomi is able to reverse a pinfall and roll up Stratton for the win.
Bloodline vs #DIY vs Street Profts in Truple Thread Ladder Match for Tag-Team Titles
Things start off with the two challenger teams deciding they're going to focus on the champs. DIY gets the ladder in during the commercial break as they and the Proits go back and forth trying to climb and get to the belts. Bloodline recovers and clears them off the ladders and start wielding them as weapons. Another picture-in-picture break after Montez Ford went bowling and sets up the table. A Shatter Machine to Tama Tonga, but inly a half Meet in the Middle. But a Meet in the Middle with the ladder across Loa's head was vicious. Dawkins hits Gargano with a spear, but Champa hits him with a knee. Ford lands a Blockbuster OVER the top of a ladder in a move of the year.
B-Fab snatches the chair from Loa, DIY get their own chairs and beat the crap out of the BLoodline, placing Tonga on the table and letting Ford frog spacsh from the top turnbuckle. A three-man Power bomb takes out the Bloodline before DIY turns on Dawkins. They take the ladder into the ring,, Ford leaps off the rope to the top of the ladder... both teams climb... Bloodline comes in to take them down, climb and retain their titles.
