The American women's final conquest after the team event and all-around competitions are the individual event finals. All of the gymnasts on Team USA, save for 16-year-old Hezly Rivera, will participate in at least one event across three days.

Simone Biles is favored to medal in three of four events, qualifying first in two of them, and Jade Carey, Suni Lee, and Jordan Chiles all qualified in the top three of their respective apparatus, as well. With hit routines and passes, Team USA could come out of the individual event competitions with a whole lot more hardware.
Brazil's Rebecca Andrade will challenge the Americans on most events, but with dominant performances so far, the ladies of Team USA are coming in with high expectations set.
