The Minnesota Vikings haven't been to the NFC Championship Game since 2017 and they know how rare it is to get there.

That allowed them to celebrate the Minnesota Timberwolves a little bit more as they beat the defending champion Denver Nuggets 98-90 to advance to their second-ever Western Conference Finals and the first since 2004.

The Timberwolves didn't start out well. They were down 15 points at halftime and struggled coming out of the gates in the second half. Early in the third quarter, they were down 58-38 which was a position that they found themselves in multiple times during the series. Instead of collapsing and losing the game, the Wolves went on a 60-32 run to win the game.

After the game, multiple Vikings players were celebrating the Wolves win, which has become commonplace in Minnesota sports.
