The New England Patriots took on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday in their 2024 season opener and walked out with a 16-10 win.
New England was well-prepared thanks to new head coach Jerod Mayo and his staff, meaning so many players had strong games in the win, so it's tough to pick a Player of the Game.
However, for this one, that honor goes to running back Rhamondre Stevenson for an incredible day that helped his team secure the victory in multiple ways.
Stevenson rushed for 120 yards in this one on 25 carries (4.8 yards per attempt), including a three-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, which was New England's lone trip to the end zone of the game.

The former Oklahoma Sooner also caught three passes for six yards.
On the final drive of the game, the Patriots were trying to run out the clock, and they needed Stevenson to step up and gain two first downs to secure the win. They handed him the ball four times, and he rushed for 26 yards, gaining those two first downs and allowing Jacoby Brissett to kneel down three times.
Stevenson has a chance to put together one of New England's most prolific rushing seasons if he's playing like this.
