Before the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles met at Gillette Stadium for their preseason battle, the two teams held a joint practice session on the fields behind the stadium to get an extra taste of competition.
Philadelphia went on to win the game, and they looked like the better team in the joint session as well, but that didn't stop Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers from bringing the energy to the practice fields and talking some trash to the opposing team.
In a recent video released by New England's incredible content team, Peppers was mic'd up for the training camp meeting, and his love for the game and competition was on full display throughout.
The best moment of the video may have been the beginning when he reminded Jalen Hurts about the last time he hit him. Peppers is clearly one of the emotional and vocal leaders of this defense, and the unit will definitely lean on him more with Matthew Judon traded. He'll surely be up for the task.
