The Indianapolis Colts waived wide receiver Terrell Bynum ahead of rookie minicamp, the team announced Friday.
Bynum was signed by the Colts as a free agent just after the end of the regular season in January.
Here's what the release from the team said about Bynum:
He spent time on the Los Angeles Chargers' active roster and practice squad as a rookie last season. Bynum saw action in one game. He originally signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. Collegiately, Bynum played in 44 career games (19 starts) in his time at USC (2022) and Washington (2017-21). He compiled 81 receptions for 1,093 yards (13.5 avg.) and seven touchdowns.
The Colts begin rookie minicamp Friday before getting into organized team activities (OTA) later this month and mandatory minicamp in June.
