NFL Insider Jordan Schultz announces that first-round draft pick for the Atlanta Falcons, quarterback Michael Penix, Jr. has officially agreed to terms on his rookie contract. According to Schultz, the deal is for four years and is worth $22.88 million with a $13.46 million signing bonus.
