New York Giants wide receiver Jalin Hyatt is already looking like a player who's ready to take a step forward in his second season.

During the second week of OTAs, Hyatt made an incredible highlight-reel catch in the red zone from quarterback Tommy DeVito.

Even though DeVito's throw was up and behind Hyatt, the former third-round pick did an incredible job adjusting to the ball mid-air, twisting his body and coming down with a one-handed catch.

It seems the tips he received from former Pro Bowler Steve Smith are already paying off.

The Giants invested heavily in the wide receiver room, bringing in LSU star Malik Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick. They also have Darius Slayton returning on the final year of his contract after ending his dispute for more money and Wan'Dale Robinson manning the slot as a short-target option.

But if Hyatt can take the next step toward becoming a more complete receiver, the Giants would suddenly boast a pretty strong receiving corps.
