The 2-0 New Orleans Saints plan to party like it is 2009 during their Week 3 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The team has invited their former quarterback Drew Brees, 45, to be the "Legend of the Game" on Sunday.
Drew Brees is the Saints Legend of the Game this week. Not saying he will but … there are worse choices to lead the pregame Who Dat chant.

Brees spent 15 years in New Orleans, retiring after the 2020 season. He delivered the only Super Bowl victory in franchise history over the Indianapolis Colts. He was the MVP of the game.
The 2009 season was one to remember for @DrewBrees 🔥

In some ways, the 2024 Saints resemble the great Saints teams of Brees' era. Derek Carr has jumped out to a huge start. The offensive line has been solid, supporting the run game.

The Saints hope to go to 3-0 by defeating their second straight NFC East opponent. They dominated the Cowboys from start to finish last week and would like to do the exact same thing to the Eagles who are coming off a short week and a disappointing loss on Monday Night Football.
Will Brees lead the "Who Dat" chant before the game? No one knows for sure. The atmosphere will be electric regardless.
