Patriots rule out three starters, list more as questionable for Week 3 vs. Jets image

The New England Patriots, after dropping an overtime game to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2, will take on the New York Jets on Thursday night at MetLife Stadium for their third game of the 2024 season.

Ahead of the Week 3 battle, New England held their final session of the week on the practice fields behind their home stadium before traveling to New Jersey. 

For the matchup, New England has listed guard Sidy Sow (ankle), offensive tackle Vederian Lowe (knee), linebacker Ja'Whaun Bentley (shoulder) and linebacker Oshane Ximines (knee) as out. All four didn't practice on Wednesday.

Four more players were questionable, including center David Andrews (hip), offensive tackle Mike Onwenu (wrist), safety Jabrill Pepper (shoulder) and defensive end Deatrich Wise Jr. (shoulder). All four were limited on Wednesday.

Linebacker Anfernee Jennings, cornerback Marcus Jones and guard Layden Robinson were all full participants.

New York has ruled out linebacker Jermaine Johnson (Achilles) and has listed linebacker C.J. Mosley (toe) as questionable.
