As the New England Patriots prepare for their Week 4 battle with the San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium, one of New England's best offensive players just felt his pocket get a little lighter.
On Saturday, the NFL fined Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson $11,255 for unnecessary roughness. The fine stems from a face mask penalty that he was called for during the Week 3 Thursday night matchup with the New York Jets.

Stevenson also appeared to hurt himself on the play, as he missed some time after the penalty.
Luckily, New England gave Stevenson a four-year, $36 million extension this past offseason. Through the first three games of the season, he's rushed for 224 yards and two touchdowns on 4.3 yards per attempt, but he's also fumbled three times.
