Two Patriots offensive linemen still not participating in practice on Thursday injury report image

The New England Patriots have had a long layoff after falling to the New York Jets 24-3 last Thursday night at MetLife Stadium, dropping to 1-2 to start the year.

Now, they'll hit the road again for a Week 4 matchup with the San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium.

Before the game, New England held their third practice of the week on Thursday and announced different levels of participation for injured players on their injury report.

Offensive tackle Vederian Lowe (knee), guard Michael Jordan (ankle) and cornerback Alex Austin (ankle) were non-participants for the session.

Six players were listed as limited, including Cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder), linebacker Anfernee Jennings (shoulder), tight end Hunter Henry (ankle), cornerback Jonathan Jones (shoulder), guard Sidy Sow (ankle), offensive tackle Caedan Wallace (knee) and center David Andrews (rest).

Jennings were upgraded from non-participation on Wednesday.

Michael Onwenu (wrist) and safety Jabrill Peppers (ankle) practiced fully.

San Francisco listed defensive lineman Javon Hargrave (triceps) and wide receiver Jacob Cowing (illness) as non-participants. Tight end George Kittle (hamstring), defensive tackle Jordan Elliott (foot), linebacker Curtis Robinson (knee) wide receiver Deebo Samuel (calf) linebacker Dee Winters (ankle) were limited. Offensive tackle Trent Williams (illness) and quarterback Brock Purdy (back). practiced fully.
