The New England Patriots were expected to have the same offensive line combination in back-to-back weeks for the first time this year, but that won't happen in Week 6.

Nick Leverett has started at center since David Andrews went down with a season-ending shoulder injury, but on Sunday, the Patriots are starting Ben Brown.

Brown, 26, signed with New England on Thursday and practiced twice with the team. He played collegiately at Ole Miss before signing with the Cincinnati Bengals and spending time with the Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Raiders.

In his career, he's played in just one game, playing 15 total snaps.
