Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison was arrested on Saturday night for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) when he was found asleep at the wheel just outside of LAX airport. Los Angeles Daily News first reported the news.
Per the Los Angeles Daily News, Addison was arrested at approximately 11:36 p.m. Friday evening after they completed a DUI investigation and was released 1:36 a.m. on Saturday morning.
This isn't Addison's first brush-up with the law concerning a motor vehicle. In the summer of 2023, Addison was caught driving 140 mph before the start of his first training camp. Addison claimed there was a "dog emergency" as the reason why he was going almost 100 mph over the 55 mph speed limit.
Charges against Addison have not yet been filed, as this is a developing story.
