The Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals have released their final injury reports of the week, complete with game statuses. In all, two players have been ruled out and seven are questionable ahead of Sunday's contest.
For the Lions, safety Ifeatu Melifonwu and cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr. have both been ruled out. Melifonwu is still recovering from an injury suffered prior to the start of the season, while Rakestraw Jr. is working his way back from an injury he came down with during pregame warmups last week.
The four Lions listed as questionable are linebacker Alex Anzalone, cornerback Terrion Arnold, guard Graham Glasgow and wide receiver Isaiah Williams.
