You may as well pencil in two wins per season for the Buffalo Bills because every time they face the Miami Dolphins, it's the same old story. Josh Allen dominates, the defense suffocates Miami's offense, and the Bills win rather handedly with few exceptions. Week 2 of the 2024 season wasn't any different, as Allen and the Bills destroyed Miami 31-10, and Allen made NFL history in doing so.
Per Greg Harvey, there have been over 1,800 occurrences since 1950 of an NFL quarterback having five or more starts against a single opponent - Josh Allen is the only quarterback in that time frame to have a win percentage of .850 and account for three touchdowns per game, and the opponent in which he's done it against is the Dolphins.

Allen already made history in Week 1. He tied Steve Young for the most games with two rushing touchdowns and two passing touchdowns in history with four. He is also second all-time in games with two touchdown passes and one rushing score, trailing only Cam Newton. The Bills will need Allen to continue his dominance as they enter a three-game stretch that features games against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Baltimore Ravens, and Houston Texans.
