Josh Allen continues to show why he is one of the best quarterbacks in football. The Buffalo Bills trailed 17-3 at one point to the Arizona Cardinals before Allen and the offense outscored Arizona 31-11 the rest of the way.
Allen ran for two touchdowns. The first came at the end of the first half to trim the lead to 17-10, and the other in which he leaped over Cardinals safety Budda Baker to extend the Bills' lead to double digits. No. 17 also threw for two scores - one to Mack Hollins and one to Khalil Shakir.
In doing so, Allen now has 20 games with two passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown, which ties Aaron Rodgers for second-most all-time and is just one behind Cam Newton.
It also marks the fourth time Allen has rushed for two scores and passed for two scores in the same game, tied for the most all-time with Steve Young.
On top of that, Allen now has 225 touchdowns in his first seven seasons, just six behind Patrick Mahomes for the most all-time - and he still has an entire season ahead of him.
On a weekly basis, Allen proves that he is better than just about everyone else in the NFL not named Mahomes. Yet there will always be those who doubt him. Regardless, he is the best dual-threat quarterback in football. And all the records he continues to rewrite all but prove that.
