Lamar Jackson's physical transformation this offseason has caught the attention of the NFL world.
Jackson showed up to the Baltimore Ravens' OTAs this week looking noticeably thinner than the previous two seasons. Jackson previously confirmed he'd lost weight and was down about 10 lb since last year and 25 lb since 2022.
While speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Jackson declined to say his exact weight or how much he's lost, but said he wanted to be more "agile" this season.
"Just so I can be more agile and be able to move more," Jackson said when asked why he lost the weight.
He added: "It was important enough to be able to move around a little bit extra, that's all."

Jackson has been the most prolific rushing quarterback in the NFL over the last six seasons. And while he still ran for 821 yards last year, his 5.5 yards per carry were his fewest since his rookie season.
According to ESPN's Jamison Henley, Jackson had initially bulked up to 230 lb after 2021, when he took 38 sacks.
However, on Wedneday, Jackson said his body weight didn't impact getting hit.
"We sacrifice our body each and every game [and] practices," he said. "I believe it really doesn't matter about the weight."
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh told reporters that he was not concerned with Jackson's weight, as long as he was in good shape.
