The Raptors have enjoyed a busy few days ahead of free agency, inking Scottie Barnes to a long-term contract and swinging a deal with the Kings for Davion Mitchell and Sasha Vezenkov. Now, they're bringing back one of their own.
Toronto agreed to a new deal with guard Immanuel Quickley on Friday, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania. Quickley, who was set to be a restricted free agent, was acquired from the Knicks in December's O.G. Anunoby-R.J. Barrett swap.
The former Sixth Man of the Year runner-up moved into a starting role in Toronto, averaging 18.6 points and 6.8 assists per game over 38 contests with the Raptors. He shot just under 40 percent from 3-point range, right in line with his Knicks mark.
The Raptors have made it clear they are building around Barnes, Barrett and Quickley, as all three are now under contract long-term.
Here are the details on Quickley's new contract with the Raptors.

Immanuel Quickley contract details
Quickley agreed to a five-year, $175 million contract to to return to the Raptors, Charania reported. The deal can't become official until July.

The Raptors weren't at serious risk of losing Quickley unless another team swooped in with a massive offer that strategically made it difficult for Toronto to match. The 25-year-old would have been a restricted free agent, meaning any offer sheet he signed had to be presented to Toronto with an opportunity to match.
By agreeing to long-term deals with Barnes and Quickley, the Raptors are getting their important offseason business out of the way. Toronto is coming off its worst season in 13 years but sees the core of Barnes, Barrett and Quickley as a path to contention at some point down the line.
Aside from locking up Barnes and Quickley, the Raptors have filled out their roster with the deal for Mitchell and Vezenkov as well as three draft picks highlighted by the selection of Baylor's Ja'Kobe Walter.
Still to come is a Bruce Brown trade, as the Raptors reportedly planned to pick up his 2024-25 option and move him elsewhere after he came over from Indiana in the Pascal Siakam trade this past season.
Quickley, meanwhile, is locked in as a full-time starter in Toronto after spending the bulk of his Knicks tenure coming off the bench.
