Red Sox first baseman had an awesome answer to what he learned from his injury image

The Boston Red Sox went roughly four months without first baseman Triston Casas in their lineup due to torn cartilage in his rib.

Now, the 24-year-old is back in the lineup and helping the team win baseball games. In his first three contests back, he hit .384 with an .813 OPS.

Before his first game against the Orioles, Boston's second of the series, Casas spoke about his injury and what he learned during his time away from the game, and he answered in a way that only he can.

When Casas first went out with the injury, he explained that doctors equated the torn cartilage to a car crash, so it's clear that he's had to overcome a lot to get to the point where he's swinging with full power again.

Boston needed Casas back with how up and down their offense has been this year. His presence should make everyone feel better about the lineup when he's out there.
