Just a week ago, the Boston Red Sox made the huge decision to promote the organization's top three prospects (Marcelo Mayer, Roman Anthony and Kyle Teel) to Triple-A Worcester.
Now, they're promoting another, as Chase Ford reports that Kristian Campbell is making the jump to Triple-A as well.
Campbell, 22, started the year in high-A Greenville before rising to Double-A Portland. In his 55 games with the Sea Dogs, he hit .364 with a 1.055 OPS, eight home runs, 17 doubles, three triples and 17 stolen bases.
Boston's future is extremely bright with all of these prospects moving up together, and it wouldn't be surprising to see some of them start the 2025 season with the big league club.
