After the Boston Red Sox dropped the middle game of their series against the Baltimore Orioles 5-3 on Tuesday, the two teams will meet for the finale on Wednesday night at Fenway Park.
For the matchup, Boston will send Nick Pivetta to the mound while Baltimore will counter with Dean Kremer.

Kremer has pitched similarly for Baltimore this year, posting a 4.27 ERA and a 1.27 WHIP while striking out 106 batters in 21 starts. He's allowed three or fewer runs in four of his last five outings.
