With Wednesday night's release of the 2024 NFL schedule, sportsbooks have opened betting on games set for the upcoming season. Let’s look at NFL odds for some of these matchups, including this year’s international and Christmas Day slates.

Odds for NFL's 2024 international games

Packers vs. Eagles is set for Brazil on Friday, Sept. 6, and early action on sports betting sites has pushed the point spread in Green Bay’s direction. After opening -3.5, Philadelphia is down to a favorite for this Week 1 encounter.

For three straight weeks in October, there will be an NFL game in London, starting with Jets vs. Vikings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Jaguars compete in the next two London games – against the Bears at Tottenham Stadium, before facing the Patriots at Wembley. 

The lucky Germans get Giants vs. Panthers at Allianz Arena in Munich in November.

  • Patriots vs. Jaguars (-6.5, 40.5), Oct. 20, London (Wembley Stadium)
  • Giants (-1.5, 40.5) vs. Panthers, Nov. 10, Munich (Allianz Arena)

Odds for NFL's Christmas Day games: Chiefs, Ravens priced as road favorites

Christmas may fall on a Wednesday this year, but that's not stopping the NFL from serving up a couple of games. Chiefs vs. Steelers and Ravens vs. Texans will both stream on Netflix on December 25.

Early spreads on top sportsbook apps see Kansas City laying points in Pittsburgh, and the Ravens small road favorites:

  • Chiefs (-6.5, 41.5) vs. Steelers
  • Ravens (-2.5, 45.5) vs. Texans

Odds for Week 1 of the NFL season

As defending Super Bowl champs, the Chiefs host the Ravens at Arrowhead in the first game of the 2024 NFL season. 

In addition to Ravens-Chiefs and Packers-Eagles, the league has also announced Cowboys vs. Browns (Sunday), Rams vs. Lions (SNF) and Jets vs. 49ers (Monday) as nationally-televised Week 1 matchups. Tom Brady makes his debut as a Fox analyst at the Dallas-Cleveland game.
