England and the Netherlands face off at Signal Iduna Park on Wednesday, with a spot in the Euro 2024 final up for grabs.
The Three Lions progressed to the final four with a penalty-shootout victory over resolute Switzerland after the quarterfinal tie finished 1-1 after 120 minutes.
Gareth Southgate's side looked to be heading after when Breel Embolo gave Switzerland the advantage on 75 minutes, but, just as they did in the Round of 16 against Slovakia, they rallied and found an equaliser through Bukayo Saka's crisp strike.
Penalties were needed after the teams could not be separated after extra time and England were flawless in the shootout, scoring all five efforts while Manuel Akanji missed for Switzerland.
The beaten finalists at the 2020 tournament will now face the Netherlands after they came from behind to defeat Turkey.
The Turks, who enjoyed an impressive run to the quarterfinals, looked set to extend their stay in Germany when Samet Akaydin handed them the lead before halftime. But the Dutch turned the tide and progressed to their first Euros semifinal since 2004 thanks to two quick-fire goals in six second-half minutes, the first coming from Stefan de Vrij and the second being an own goal.
