Virat Kohli is on his way to score his 76th international century as he is 87 not out at the end of first day's play in the second Test match between India and West Indies on Thursday in Port of Spain.
After missing out on a century by 24 runs in the first Test, Kohli is once again on the verge of hitting a Test century for the first time since March this year, when he scored a hundred in the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar series against Australia.

On Day 1 of the second Test against West Indies, Kohli achieved one more milestone as he went past Jacques Kallis' total international runs' tally and became the fifth all-time highest run scorer in international cricket.
The only cricketers who have more international runs than Kohli are Sachin Tendulkar, Kumar Sangakkara, Ricky Ponting and Mahela Jayawardene.
The former Indian captain managed to become the fifth highest run scorer in his 500th international match at an average of 53.67.
