While there weren't a ton of wide receivers who went off in Week 6, we still saw three quarterbacks all pass for four touchdowns. Jordan Love put on a clinic against the Cardinals going 22-for-32 for 248 yards and four touchdowns. The Packers had this one in hand early, otherwise Love could have kept pouring it on.
Baker Mayfield found himself in a shootout against the Saints as the Bucs put up a whopping 51 points. Mayfield was 24-for-36 for 325 yards and four touchdowns. He did also throw three INTs, but that's still an impressive fantasy performance.
And rookie Caleb Williams said not so fast in terms of crowning Jayden Daniels as the Offensive Rookie of the Year. Daniels looked impressive against the Ravens in a losing effort as well, but Williams led all quarterbacks in fantasy points heading into SNF. He went 23-for-29 for 226 yards, 4 TDs, and just 1 INT. But he also added 56 rushing yards on just four carries. If Williams can keep adding in some rushing usage, it will be just a matter of time before we see him in the top 10.
Williams is on a bye for Week 7, though. So how will the quarterback position play out this week? We break it down for you.

Who are the best fantasy QBs for Week 7?
Lamar Jackson may have won the battle against Jayden Daniels, it's the rookie who slides into our top spot this week for the first time with a matchup against the Panthers up next. Daniels was 24-for-35 for 269 yards and two TDs. He also added 22 yards on the ground. Carolina has a much weaker defense, though. Even though Washington may not need to run too high-octane of an offense, he can still turn in a monster game on limited opportunities.
If you think Lamar Jackson should be the QB1 this week, there isn't much of an argument against it. It's really a toss-up between he and Daniels, and the rookie gets the nod because of the soft matchup. But Tampa Bay did just score 50+ against the Saints, so if the Ravens get into a shootout, Lamar can easily end up as the QB1 in Week 7. Lamar is coming off a 20-for-26 performance, compiling 323 passing yards and a TD to go along with 40 more yards on the ground.
Jalen Hurts finally played some clean football against the Browns as the Eagles notched a win out of their bye week. It also didn't...uh...hurt...that he also got his top two targets back in A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith. He did lose Dallas Goedert to a hamstring injury during the game, and his TE's status for Week 7 isn't yet known. Either way, look for Hurts to try to avenge his ugly late-season debacle against the Giants at the end of last year.
Who are the QBs on byes in Week 7?
Dallas Cowboys: While fantasy manager can't be happy to see Dak Prescott on a bye this week, it might be exactly what the Cowboys need after they were embarrassed by the Detroit Lions in Week 6. The Cowboys have a lot to figure out, so hopefully Prescott comes back reinvigorated.
Chicago Bears: After a few shaky starts to begin the season, fantasy managers are breathing a sigh of relief after a couple of very strong performances from rookie Caleb Williams. But now he gets a bye, and while that may be frustrating for his fantasy managers, it could be a good thing for the rookie to take a step back and really study why things have been going better and how he can take it to yet another level coming out of the bye.
Who are the best fantasy QB waiver pickups Week 7?
Jim Harbaugh loves to run the ball, and he instilled that into the Chargers right from the jump. It's helped lead them to a 3-2 record to being the season, but it also means Justin Herbert hasn't been much of a fantasy asset this season. That could change this week against Arizona. While the Chargers will still want to feed J.K. Dobbins in the running game, the Cardinals have a leaky secondary that can be exploited. We saw Herbert drop a beautiful dime to Kimani Vidal on a wheel route against the Broncos, and that was just the latest example of a beautiful Herbert throw. We just need some more volume from him, and perhaps we'll get that against Arizona.
There was some fear that given the atrocious offensive line and an almost complete dearth of weapons on offense that the Patriots were throwing rookie Drake Maye to the wolves by inserting him as the starter ahead of Jacoby Brissett. Maye definitely was not flawless, but he was a clear upgrade over Brissett. He went 20-for-33 for 243 yards, 3 TDs and 2 INTs. He also added 38 yards on five carries, which is a weapon that Brissett did not really possess. The Jags should pose a weaker threat than he just faced in the Texans in Week 7, but Maye should only improve as the season progresses.

Who are the best fantasy QB sleepers Week 7?
Matthew Stafford will be fresh off a bye for the Rams, but what's even better is that he's getting back his No. 1 target in Cooper Kupp - at least that's what we're assuming. The Rams have said that Week 7 was the target for Kupp to return from his high ankle sprain, so if that comes to fruition, Stafford could make a splash against the Raiders.
After an abysmal start to the season, Daniel Jones has started to turn things around. Even with Malik Nabers out, he's been able to resuscitate his connected with Darius Slayton, and he continues to pepper Wan'Dale Robinson with all the targets he can handle. With Nabers likely coming back for Week 7, and against a secondary that has been susceptible to splash plays, Jones could be a sneaky smart play in Week 7.
What are the biggest QB injuries Week 7?
It was expected all week that Anthony Richardson would be the starter against the Titans in Week 6, but he was ruled inactive Sunday, and Joe Flacco led the Colts to a narrow victory. Perhaps it was just gamesmanship with the surprise inactive status, but we're slotting AR back into the rankings this week as he hopefully returns from an oblique injury.
And speaking of oblique injuries, Derek Carr will be sidelined 3-4 weeks from the injury suffered in Week 5. Spencer Rattler got the start against the Bucs, and he looked decent to start the day, but Chris Olave left early after a brutal hit landed him in concussion protocol, which didn't help matters. Facing one of the best pass defense in the league in the Broncos this week, we're not expecting much from Rattler in Week 7. Even with Pat Surtain going down in this one for Denver, the Broncos should still be able to shut down the rookie signal caller.
