Can Seattle maintain its spot atop the NFC West? Will San Francisco bounce back from its shocking 1-point loss to the Cardinals last week? Which skill-position players will shine the brightest in this short-week clash?
Our DFS preview and predictions will answer some of these questions. Let's get to our optimal lineups for the 49ers vs. Seahawks in DFS showdowns and single-game contests on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. Good luck and enjoy the game!
49ers vs. Seahawks NFL DFS picks: Optimal DraftKings lineup
Before we get into our lineup and strategy, here are the key scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests: They're full-point PPR, and they feature three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.
POS. | PLAYER | TEAM/OPP. | SALARY |
Captain | Jordan Mason, RB | 49ers at SEA | $12,900 |
FLEX | Kenneth Walker III, RB | Seahawks vs. SF | $9,800 |
FLEX | Brandon Aiyuk, WR | 49ers at SEA | $8,000 |
FLEX | George Kittle, TE | 49ers at SEA | $7,400 |
FLEX | Tyler Lockett, WR | Seahawks vs. SF | $5,400 |
FLEX | Zach Charbonnet, RB | Seahawks vs. SF | $3,400 |
Captain: Jordan Mason, RB, 49ers ($15,300)
It could be argued that Jordan Mason has been the 49ers' most valuable offensive weapon this season. With Christian McCaffrey yet to play a game and both Deebo Samuel and George Kittle banged up seemingly from the jump, the 25-year-old has been the steadying force of Kyle Shanahan's run-heavy attack.
Mason has averaged a whopping 107.2 rushing yards per game, good for 3rd-most in the NFL. He has also found the end zone three times and hauled in 7-of-8 targets for 66 yards. And before last week — when the Niners suffered a surprise come-from-behind L to the Cards — the Georgia Tech product had enjoyed 21-plus touches in four straight games.
The Seahawks allowed the Giants to rack up 175 rushing yards last week, 129 of which came from RB2 Tyrone Tracy Jr. in relief of the injured Devin Singletary. Mason is going to ball like Jordan in Game 6 in this one, with the hungry and likely pissed-off Niners ramming the ball down the Seahawks' throats via the run game.

FLEX: Kenneth Walker III, Seahawks ($9,800)
We couldn't resist going dual backs with our build, because the Niners and Seahawks both have very solid secondaries but both units are only average at best at stopping the run. When healthy, K9 has been an absolute beast this season, averaging 5.5 rushing yards per game and finding the end zone four times in his first two games of the season.
Walker has also hauled in 13-of-16 targets for 99 yards, so it's not like he's limited to run-play schemes. He's the 2nd-best playmaker in Seattle's offense behind DK Metcalf, so expect him to be utilized early and often in this divisional clash.
FLEX 2: Brandon Aiyuk, WR, 49ers ($8,400)
After a tumultuous offseason and a disgruntled first few weeks of the regular season, Aiyuk finally enjoyed his breakout game of the 2024 campaign. His Week 5 effort against the Cardinals included eight catches on 12 targets for 147 yards. He still doesn't have a TD on the season, but that will come — Seattle has let four wideouts score over its past two games.
Deebo Samuel still doesn't look 100 percent since returning from his calf injury, and Jauan Jennings clearly takes a backseat to Aiyuk in Brock Purdy's heart when the latter is cooking. Fire Aiyuk up without hesitation.
WEEK 6 FANTASY FOOTBALL RANKINGS
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/ST | Kickers
FLEX 3: George Kittle, TE, 49ers ($7,400)
There's just something about Kittle in primetime games — he always seems to have a knack for finding the end zone when the most cameras are around. He also has 55.5 DK points over the past three weeks, a number that makes us want to crank up some Sammy Hagar. If Kittle's a full go in a short week, he's a must-roster in our eyes.
FLEX 4: Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks ($5,400)
The longest-tenured Seahawk, it feels like Lockett has been making plays for the entire 21st century. He just turned 32 a couple weeks ago, but he's still pretty damn quick, and his hands remain dependable in clutch moments.
Lockett's more of a safe floor play than an upside shot — he has logged between 9.6 and 13.7 DK points in four of Seattle's five games this season — but don't be surprised if he hits us with a number in the teens on TNF. He last played San Fran in December, when he caught 6-of-6 targets for 89 yards. Lockett in.
FLEX 5: Zach Charbonnet, RB, Seahawks ($3,400)
This is an insurance policy for our Walker play, and it's also a pretty decent monopoly on the Seattle ground game. If the 'Hawks score and K9 isn't responsible, it's almost assuredly going to come from Charbs.
The young back has actually averaged 14.4 DK points per game this season, so he's not a bad play even when Walker is available — even if it sometimes looks like Charbonnet is running in water.
49ers vs. Seahawks NFL DFS picks: Optimal FanDuel lineup
Here are the key scoring settings for FanDuel single-game tournaments: They're half-point PPR with three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, or 100 receiving yards. The MVP pick multiplies that player's total by 1.5 but does not cost 1.5 times their listed salary.
POS. | PLAYER | TEAM/OPP. | SALARY |
MVP | Jordan Mason, RB | 49ers at SEA | $15,500 |
FLEX | Kenneth Walker III, RB | Seahawks vs. SF | $14,000 |
FLEX | DK Metcalf, WR | Seahawks vs. SF | $12,000 |
FLEX | Brandon Aiyuk, WR | 49ers at SEA | $11,000 |
FLEX | Noah Fant, TE | Seahawks vs, SF | $7,500 |
Our FD single-game lineup construction features most of the same assets as our DK lineup, and we stuck with Mason in the multiplier spot since he has a juicy matchup and the Seahawks allow more FD points to RBs (20.3) than QBs (16.1).
We also opted for some different X-factor flexes as a sort of hedge, and we're happy to have some Metcalf and Fant exposure given DK's big play-ability and both players' red-zone upsides.

49ers vs. Seahawks NFL DFS picks: Optimal SuperDraft lineup
For those unfamiliar, SuperDraft's DFS scoring involves point multipliers as opposed to traditional salary-capped or tiered contests. A winning lineup will likely feature a strong mix of stud fantasy contributors with 1x-1.6x boosts, as well as matchup-based sleepers with larger multipliers. Each player is assigned a scoring multiplier based on their value as determined by SuperDraft. Users can roster any player in their lineup with no restrictions.
Here are the most notable scoring rules for SuperDraft NFL contests: Half-point PPR, four-point passing TDs, and two-point bonuses for 100 rushing yards, 100 receiving yards, and 300 passing yards. SuperDraft lineups feature no D/ST position. The "Champ" position adds a 50-percent boost to the selected player, while the SuperFlex positions are limited to the boost listed for each player.
POSITION | PLAYER | GAME | BOOST |
CHAMP | Jordan Mason, RB | 49ers @ SEA | 1.5x |
SFLEX | K. Walker III, RB | Seahawks vs. SF | 1.05x |
SFLEX | Brandon Aiyuk, WR | 49ers @ SEA | 1.2x |
SFLEX | Tyler Lockett, WR | Seahawks vs. SF | 1.5x |
SFLEX | Noah Fant, TE | Seahawks vs. SF | 1.85x |
MORE SUPERDRAFT DFS: How to play SuperDraft
Our SuperDraft combines many of our favorite fantasy elements from our DK and FD lineups, and we're loving the value we're getting with Mason in the Champ spot as well as Lockett and Fant at flex.
We've got big-time TD upside with our four non-QBs, and we also have two of the highest-projected running backs of the week in a divisional clash that should be mostly ground-and-pound. Let's go!
