New South Wales and Queensland will square off in a historic decider for the Women’s State of Origin series.
The Sky Blues knocked off the Maroons in enemy territory in the opening fixture but were unable to reclaim the shield on home soil in the second game as they slipped to an agonising 11-10 defeat in Newcastle.
The Maroons are now in the box seat to win the first ever three-match Women's Origin series when they host their rivals in Townsville.

Women's State of Origin 2024: What time is kick-off for Game 3?
Kick-off for Game III is officially scheduled for 7:45 pm AEST on Thursday, June 27.
However, the match will likely get underway a few minutes later, following the Acknowledgement of Country and singing of the Australian national anthem.
