Will Nicho Hynes play in Magic Round?
Nicho Hynes has been integral to Cronulla's rise up the ladder to the point where they now sit on top of the ladder entering into Magic Round.
After a relatively slow start to the season, Hynes returned to his best against Canberra over a month ago and has since gone on to register nine assists in his past five appearances.
The playmaker was a late scratching from Cronulla's impressive win over Melbourne last week with a calf complaint, although he has been named to return against the Roosters.
Yet the 27-year-old has been on restricted duties during the week in training as he races the clock to be fit in time.
Braydon Trindall has been included in the extended squad after missing the past few weeks due to off-field indiscretions.
The halfback will replace Hynes if the New South Wales hopeful is ruled out of the blockbuster clash.
