"No amount of emotion is going to turn what’s not a try into a try," Graham Annesley said after Des Hasler took aim at the Bunker following a try being chalked off in the final moments of Magic Round. 

Brian Kelly had initially thought he had given his side the lead against Newcastle with referee Gerard Sutton awarding the four-pointer on-field.

However, under closer inspection from Wyatt Raymond, the try was ruled out with the Knights going on to win the match.

"For this to be called a ‘howler’, or somehow that the Titans were robbed of a win by this decision...this is a decision made by the Bunker based on the information that they had available," Annesley reasoned after Hasler blew up about the decision post-match. 

"No one is trying to rip anyone off, no one is trying to make sure that certain teams win. I mean this is like fantasy stuff."
