The New Zealand Warriors will be hoping to keep the good times going this week, when they host the Dolphins on Sunday.

The team stunned the reigning premiers Penrith during a Magic Round thriller, and will now return home in search of a second straight win.

For the Dolphins, they will be seeking their fourth straight victory, and hoping to climb even higher than their current fourth place on the ladder, following a red hot season start.

Why isn't Addin Fonua-Blake playing?

Warriors enforcer Addin Fonua-Blake will miss Sunday's clash with the Dolphins, after being stood down by the team for "a breach of club standards."

The club claims Fonua-Blake left the changerooms early and was not present for the team song or post-game debrief, following their upset win over the Panthers during Magic Round.

There has been tension between the prop and his current team, as he plays out the final year of his contract before heading to Cronulla, but Warriors CEO Cameron George said that he remains committed to the teams 2024 campaign.

"Addin has owned this [incident] this week. If there was more to it, it would have come to a head and his agent would have been here and we would have been discussing certain things," George told SENZ Breakfast.

"But we’re here, we’re supporting Addin like any other player in this situation. As it stands now, we believe we’ve taken the best course of action for all parties. We’re setting standards and we’ve got to keep them, you can’t compromise them. I don’t feel there’s more.

"As it stands right now, Addin is here and we enjoy having him here and vice versa. I wouldn’t look at this as a big issue. I would just look at this as someone stuffed up and we took the right action."
