Collingwood vs. Geelong teams
Brody Mihocek has been ruled out for the season with a pec injury, leaving the Pies short up forward, although Jamie Elliott is in the frame for his first game since round nine, while Ash Johnson booted five goals in the VFL.
Joe Richards had a quiet day in the loss to the Bombers and could make way for the likes of Fin Macrae who had a big game in the VFL, while John Noble should be available after a concussion break.
For the Cats, Rhys Stanley is set to return, in what could be a relatively unchanged side, although Mitch Hardie's 36 touches and two goals in the reserves has him in the frame for a potential senior debut.
Hawthorn vs. Fremantle teams
James Sicily and Calsher Dear face tests, giving Sam Mitchell something to think about ahead of round 18.
Finn Maginnes and Josh Ward are pushing for recalls, while Chad Wingard may be given some more time in the VFL after returning from injury last week.
Harry Morrison and Seamus Mitchell may be looking over their shoulder after some quiet performances.
Sean Darcy misses out for the Dockers with concussion, while Alex Pearce could return to bolster the defence alongside Josh Draper who is nursing a cork.
Plenty of good performers in the reserves, with Patrick Voss (6 goals), Matt Taberner (4) and Will Brodie (34 disposals) among the standouts, although there are few avenues into the seniors given their recent form.
Sydney vs. North Melbourne teams
The Swans welcome back captain Callum Mills, while Luke Parker is also a chance to return following his suspension.
Expect Matt Roberts and Sam Wicks to be among the first to make way following Sydney's second straight loss.
George Wardlaw and Zac Fisher are likely to come into the Roos side which recorded a win over the Suns last week.
They'll most likely be recalled in place of Dylan Stephens, Toby Pink or last week's sub, Curtis Taylor.
Western Bulldogs vs. Carlton teams
Aaron Naughton and James O'Donnell come out following head knocks, opening the door for the returns of Cody Weightman and Alex Keath, pending fitness tests.
The Dogs were well beaten by Port Adelaide last week, with Buku Khamis, Bailey Williams and Nick Coffield among those who struggled to make an impact.
Riley Garcia put his hand up with some strong form in the VFL should Luke Beveridge look to make a change there.
The Blues are awaiting tests on Jacob Weitering and Tom De Koning, with Marc Pittonet and Caleb Marchbank waiting in the wings if called upon.
Orazio Fantasia and Lachie Fogarty may be feeling the pressure for their spots after struggling against GWS, with David Cuningham and Jack Carroll first in line.
Adelaide vs. St Kilda teams
The Crows have confirmed mid/defender Hugh Bond will debut this week.
Lachlan Murphy and Brayden Cook were both quiet in the loss to Brisbane last week, while Ned McHenry was strong with two goals and 21 touches in the SANFL.
St Kilda lose Marcus Windhager to a hamstring injury, while potentially gaining Paddy Dow.
Ross Lyon is unlikely to shake things up too much after an upset win over the Swans.
Melbourne vs. Essendon teams
Max Gawn will miss a few weeks with an ankle injury, likely paving the way for former Lion Tom Fullarton to make his club debut.
Harrison Petty should be ready to go after just missing last week, although there is no obvious option to get dropped after a thumping win over West Coast.
The Bombers could welcome back veteran pair Dyson Heppell and Todd Goldstein, while the VFL form of Elijah Tsatas and Archie Roberts is ensuring competition for places remains high.
Nick Hind and Nik Cox may be slightly nervous going into this week's selection.
Gold Coast vs. Port Adelaide teams
Expect big changes at the Gold Coast after coach Damien Hardwick was left filthy following their loss to North Melbourne.
Touk Miller will miss some time with a wrist injury, while Jarrod Witts is a doubt with a back problem.
Brayden Fiorini, Alex Davies and Jake Rogers all put their hands up with strong performances in a big win in the VFL.
Charlie Ballard, David Swallow, Nick Holman and Tom Berry will all be looking over their shoulder this week.
For Port, Mitch Georgiades misses with suspension and could be replaced by Charlie Dixon following the completion of his suspension.
Esava Ratugolea and Ryan Burton could both be in the frame to play as well, with Ollie Lord, Jeremy Finlayson and Jase Burgoyne potentially in line to make way.
Richmond vs. GWS teams
Dion Prestia and Samson Ryan could return to give the Tigers a boost, although Seth Campbell and Noah Cumberland are likely to feel the heat to retain their spots.
Adam Kingsley is unlikely to make too many changes at the Giants after a win over Carlton but Nick Haynes did his senior chances no harm with 32 disposals and 13 marks in the VFL.
Conor Stone, James Leake and Xavier O'Halloran were also impressive.
West Coast vs. Brisbane teams
Jeremy McGovern is sidelined following a punctured lung, opening the door for Rhett Bazzo to play his first game of the season.
Jack Petruccelle, Dom Sheed and Matt Flynn will all be pushing for a return under caretaker coach Jarrad Schofield.
That could see Alex Witherden, Campbell Chesser, Josh Rotham and Tyler Brockman in trouble at the selection table.
Brandon Starcevich will miss out for Brisbane due to concussion, with Deven Robertson, Jarryd Lyons and Jaxon Prior all turning in strong efforts in the VFL.
