Brisbane vs. Melbourne teams
Hard to see many changes for Brisbane after wiping Port Adelaide on the road last weekend.
Will Ashcroft is now fit but the Lions are undecided on whether to bring him back through AFL or VFL.
If he is selected, sub Shadeau Brain will be the unlucky omission.
Deven Robertson is the Lions' form VFL player if Ashcroft isn't selected and they want to make a change.
A lacklustre Melbourne should have a busy selection night after only just defeating North Melbourne.
Jake Lever (knee) will return after a few weeks out, but Christian Salem is in doubt with his own knee issue.
Small defender Andy Moniz-Wakefield has been confirmed to debut after collecting 35 possessions in the VFL last week.
Despite a lean VFL outing, Shane McAdam could be a senior inclusion to liven up Melbourne's forward line.
North Melbourne vs. Western Bulldogs teams
North Melbourne are building in confidence with two good recent performances resulting in heartbreaking losses.
Star draftee Colby McKercher (foot) will return to the seniors after collecting 31 disposals in the VFL, while Griffin Logue (knee) looks ready to play his first game of 2024.
Toby Pink (ankle) is in doubt and would be a natural omission for Logue, while sub Dylan Stephens could be squeezed out for McKercher, despite impressing in the second half against the Demons.
Fresh off the bye, the Bulldogs will regain Sam Darcy from suspension, while Aaron Naughton (knee) faces a fitness test.
Rory Lobb will be out if both Darcy and Naughton return, with Luke Beveridge unlikely to make many unforced changes.
Sydney vs. Fremantle teams
Sydney keep on winning and shouldn't have a busy night at selection.
Matt Roberts was stiff to be dropped last week and could come in if John Longmire decides to omit sub Caiden Cleary.
Callum Mills (shoulder) and Luke Parker (suspension) should be available for selection in mid-July.
Fremantle faces the most daunting trip in football without captain Alex Pearce (arm), who will be absent for at least a month.
Brennan Cox is a possible replacement, but only played first WAFL game last week after an extended absence.
Young defensive tall Josh Draper appears to be a more realistic replacement for Pearce, while Brandon Walker (illness) should return.
Gold Coast vs. Collingwood teams
Gold Coast return to their home ground - which is a boost considering they haven't won away this season.
Ben King (knee) is a good chance to return after missing the Dockers match last week.
Ethan Read (five goals), Jed Walter (two), Brayden Fiorini and Rory Atkins pressed for selection with their VFL performances.
Reinforcements are coming for Collingwood with both Scott Pendlebury (bicep) and Brody Mihocek (hamstring) fit to play this week.
Jordan De Goey (groin) will return if he passes a fitness test, while Joe Richards (foot) is getting closer to a comeback.
Nathan Krueger will be the omission for Mihocek, while Tew Jiath and Finlay Macrae are on the chopping block for Pendlebury.
Adelaide vs. GWS teams
Adelaide could be boosted by the returns of Taylor Walker (back) and Riley Thilthorpe (foot) if fitness tests are passed.
However, the Crows could choose to ease Thilthorpe back through the SANFL after his long absence.
Elliott Himmelberg (cheekbone) will be available for selection.
Experienced ruck Reilly O'Brien is still toiling in the SANFL and could be brought back for Kieran Strachan.
Stephen Coniglio (shoulder) and Harry Perryman (hamstring) could be welcome additions for GWS.
But the Giants will be missing star defender Sam Taylor, who ruptured his testicle against Port Adelaide a few weeks back.
Young small forward Darcy Jones had seven scoring shots for two goals in the VFL.
Possible omissions could be Ryan Angwin, debutant Max Gruzewski and Xavier O'Halloran.
Geelong vs. Essendon teams
Patrick Dangerfield has avoided suspension in a huge win for Geelong ahead of Saturday night's blockbuster.
However, Tom Hawkins (foot) will miss up to two months and might not return this season.
Shannon Neale kicked three goals in the VFL and is the most natural replacement for Hawkins.
Mitch Knevitt (24 disposals) was Geelong's best VFL player and he could come in for one of Oisin Mullin and Mark O'Connor, who both struggled in the seniors.
Essendon are unlikely to make many changes after a good win against West Coast, but Todd Goldstein (managed) could return.
Nate Caddy looked to have done enough to retain his senior position with two goals, while Jye Menzie or Nik Cox could be vulnerable.
St Kilda vs. Port Adelaide teams
Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera will return for St Kilda after missing the Brisbane match through personal reasons.
The Saints could also regain Jimmy Webster (calf), while Paddy Dow (ankle) faces a fitness test.
Arie Schoenmaker and Riley Bonner shape as the most likely Saints players to head back to the VFL.
Port Adelaide should make significant changes after being embarrassed at home by Brisbane last week.
Ruckman Jordon Sweet will come in for Ivan Soldo (knee), while Brandon Zerk-Thatcher looks set for a stint in the SANFL.
Jase Burgoyne (hamstring) is out with Dylan Williams a possible replacement.
Willie Rioli (calf) will return if he passes a fitness test, as should Travis Boak (illness).
Darcy Byrne-Jones, Jed McEntee, Quinton Narkle and Josh Sinn will feel vulnerable at selection.
Richmond vs. Carlton teams
Richmond's treatment room rotation continues with Tom Lynch suffering a hamstring injury on the opposite leg to the one troubling him in 2024.
However, Jacob Hopper (hamstring) will return to boost the Tigers' midfield.
Noah Cumberland is shaping for the axe after being anonymous against Hawthorn, with Jacob Bauer a strong contender for elevation.
Carlton's midfield could get stronger if Adam Cerra (hamstring) passes a fitness test.
After a strong win against Geelong, Corey Durdin or Orazio Fantasia could be the unlucky players to make way for Cerra.
West Coast vs. Hawthorn teams
An improving West Coast will be bolstered by the presence of young gun Harley Reid (suspension) and Tim Kelly, who has missed the last three games with a hip issue.
Sub Jack Hutchinson would likely be squeezed out of the team, while Bailey Williams and Jayden Hunt will be nervous at selection.
After the bye, Hawthorn could regain key forward Mitch Lewis, who made a successful return in the VFL two weeks ago.
Jack Gunston would be the omission for Lewis after collecting only one disposal against Richmond.
Ned Reeves (back) could be fit to play but is unlikely to usurp in-form ruckman Lloyd Meek.
