The Houston Roughnecks and St. Louis BattleHawks are both coming off of wins in Week 1 of the XFL season and will be looking to stay undefeated in Week 2.

The Roughnecks rolled to a convincing 37-17 home win over the Los Angeles Wildcats in which quarterback P.J. Walker emerged as an early MVP candidate, passing for a league-high 272 yards and four touchdowns.

Houston's pass-heavy offense was led by wide receiver Kahlil Lewis, who hauled five catches for 45 yards and a touchdown and became the first XFL player to do this:

The BattleHawks' defense didn't allow a single touchdown in the 15-9 road win over Bob Stoops and the title-favorite Dallas Renegades.

St. Louis was able to edge out the victory thanks to a ground-and-pound attack spearheaded by running back Matt Jones, who ran for a league-leading 85 yards on 21 carries. Quarterback Jordan Ta'amu finished third among league rushers with 77 yards on nine carries to go with 209 yards passing and a touchdown through the air. Even with first-string running back Christine Michael struggling, third-stringer Keith Ford chipped in with four carries for 26 yards and a touchdown.

Perhaps the biggest name among all players involved will be BattleHawks punter Marquette King, who played in the NFL with the Oakland Raiders (2012-2017) and the Denver Broncos (2018), led the NFL in punting yards in 2014, was named second-team All-Pro in 2016 and booted a near-perfect punt in week one.

Here's a guide to everything to know about watching the Houston Roughnecks vs. St. Louis BattleHawks game, including start time, TV channel and a full XFL schedule for Week 2.
