There can be no doubt that Wrestlemania XL (40) could arguably go down as one of, if not the, greatest event in the history of the WWE. When you consider not only the storylines entering it, but also how the WWE universe of fans were literally responsible for changing the entire direction of the main event between Cody Rhodes, The Rock and The Bloodline — it’s something that had never before been witnessed.
And it also gave birth to the latest and most visceral, feral version of The Rock: “The Final Boss”, who picked the WWE up out of the PG-13 Era and threw it against the side of a bus repeatedly until blood poured from its head.
Now comes the tea.
And it's an entire kettle’s worth.
You can’t always predict the road that will bring you to your destination… or the destination itself, for that matter.

Here’s an exclusive look at the first 2 minutes of #WrestleMania XL: Behind the Curtain, premiering July 3 at 7pm ET on @WWE’s YouTube channel. pic.twitter.com/PyLrtq3PFV
The latest WWE documentary, “Behind the Curtain”, will pull back the veil on everything that went into the decision to change the main event not once, but twice, and how it all came together for a two-night event that will be talked about for generations.
A two-minute reveal of the documentary was released on Friday ahead of the penultimate episode of SmackDown ahead of “Money in the Bank”, and it’s as tantalizing as you’d figure it would be.
It will officially debut on Wednesday, July 3, on WWE’s YouTube Channel, and that date can’t arrive soon enough.
