WWE Raw Live Results: CM Punk v Sami Zayn, Liv Morgan v Iyo Sky Elimination Chamber qualifiers image

Time waits for no man. Well, it will for Jey Uso, who is set to appear on Monday's episode of Monday Night Raw, the first since the Royal Rumble went in his favor on Saturday. In one of the most shocking results in the event's history, Main Event Uso will now main event Wrestlemania 41. It's expected he's going to arrive to one of the more insane pops in recent history, akin to a few months ago after he defeated Bron Breakker to become Intercontinental Champion.

Now his goals are bigger after he shoved John Cena on the floor to get the automatic qualification. Speaking of which, the attention of the WWE now turns to Elimination Chamber, which will further set the stage for April's two-day extravaganza. There will be two matches to work towards EC on Monday night, and there could be some fallout to several of the surprise appearances from Royal Rumble, or the rumors to what had Drew McIntyre irate after he was eliminated.

Date: Monday, February 3, 2025
Time: 8 pm ET
Location: Cleveland, OH
Broadcast: Netflix

Match Results

Jey Uso Promo

Uso promos are always emotional because he truly isn't supposed to have climbed to these heights. His story, coming from a faction henchman to a tag-team champion to a solo competitor that is a one-time champion and now vying to be a world champion. He was choked up on the mic, until Gunther the Ring General comes to the ring.

"You can't even lace my boots." Gunther seems genuinely disgusted that there's a possibility he'll have to wrestle Uso at Wrestlemania. "If you choose me, every week is going to be hell... I'm going to hurt you Jey. I'm going to put you down like a diseased dog."

Uso doesn't commit to picking Gunther as his opponent, but he does vow to leave Wrestlemania with a belt.

Penta vs Ludwig Kaiser

New introduction for Penta is fire, literally. This is from Penta eliminating Kaiser as soon as he entered the Rumble, lasting just six seconds. Another dope display by Penta who ends it with his patented Penta Driver.

Penta wins by pinfall.

Charlotte Flair Promo

It was announced before the Rumble that Flair was returning, but she didn't do any live promos leading up to the event or her victory, so this is her first time on a show since her return. She was booed.

Flair spoke about missing the crowd, and how being away for the 14 months was hard. "Whether you love to hate me, hate to love me it doesn't change the fact that I'm the greatest!"

As she continues her diatribe, she's interrupted by Rhea Ripley's music. They both spoke of beating each other at previous Wrestlemania's as Ripley wants Flair to pick her as the opponent as the Rumble winner. Flair announces that she'll be on both NXT and SmackDown to determine who she'll challenge.

New Day vs LWO (Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio)

Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston debut their new intro, music and logos and it's absolute fire. Interference from Logan Paul, who will face Rey Mysterio in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match next week, leads to a Trouble in Paradise by Kingston for the win.

New Day wins by pinfall.

Roman Reigns Announcement

What a shocker, Reigns is going into hiatus after a PLE.

Liv Morgan vs Iyo Sky in Elimination Chamber qualifier

The first two competitors from the women's Royal Rumble, both lasting over an hour, face off for the first spot in the next PLE. Earlier in the show, Morgan attacked Sky, and when she was run off by Rhea Ripley, Raquel Rodriguez came by to wipe her out.

Sky landed some great high flying moves, soaring through the ropes for a cross body and a top-turnbuckle springboard drop kick, amoonsault off the ring apron. Morgan caught Sky with a Codebreaker as Sky leapt from the top rope, but couldn't get the pin. Sky absolutely dominated the match, but Rodriguez kept interfering. Out comes Ripley to attack Rodriguez and when Morgan reaches for her, Ripley slaps Morgan to disqualify Sky.

Morgan wins by DQ

AJ Styles announced as final Transfer Window - joining Raw

Seth Rollins Promo

For those hoping that Rollins' rampage at the end of Rumble was going to lead to the dissolution of The Visionary persona... nope. Rollins starts by congratulating Jey Uso for winning before turning his ire towards CM Punk and Roman Reigns. He calls Punk a scumbag and then reveals to the crowd that Reigns is out for a while because Rollins hurt him

Rollins speaks about losing the Rumble before calling Sami Zayn to the ring. It was a five-minute motivational speech for Zayn to beat Punk in the Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Punk comes out and the two try to fight on the runway, but super strong small refs strong-arm them to keep separate.

CM Punk vs Sami Zayn in Elimination Chamber qualifier

The two exchange a series of loud chops to start things off. A Superplex by Zayn and a Tornado DDT. Zayn slips out a GTS and lands a Blue Thunderbomb but Punk kicks out.  Zayn barely escapes an Anaconda Vice by getting to the ropes He comes close to nailing a Helluva kick but misses, and when Punk goes for the GTS again, Zayn almost gets a three count by rolling him up.

Zayn slips another GTS and lands an Exploder to put Punk in the corner, but Punk intercepts him and finally lands the GTS.

Punk wins by pinfall.

After the match, Zayn congratulates Punk, but he's attacked by Kevin Owens from behind. Owens, stumbling and beaten after his Ladder Match with Rhodes, of which Zayn came out to make sure he was okay through that match, lands a Package Piledriver on Zayn as the show ends.
