The WWE is always trying some things out to various levels of success. The key is, to not be so committed to bad bits that they let them play out too long and turn fans away. This one, however, never got off the mat. The Judgment Day is thankfully not going to be rebranded as Street Trash, despite one member advocating for it and even lining up merch.

The Judgment Day split was coming as the overarching element behind Liv Morgan's Revenge Tour. Cracks were seen over several weeks within the group with questions about why Carlito was always around, Damian Priest taking on a commanding role in a team that was supposed to be a group of equals and other various easter eggs. Wiith SummerSlam and his mandatory challenge for Priest's Heavyweight championship approaching, King of the Ring Gunther took it upon himself to denigrate him and the entire JD faction by calling them "Street Trash".

In the aftermath of Finn Balor's interference at the PLE to give Gunther the title and the subsequent two Monday Night Raw episodes, the faction split between Priest and Rhea Ripley versus Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, Morgan and Dom Mysterio. The former side has be rebranded the Terror Twins. Balor looked to rebrand his side as Street Trash, but the WWE community was having none of it.

According to Twitter account WrestleVotes, the promotion has reversed course, nixing the transition after fan outcry.
