The days of WWE being mostly brought to the universe by the USA Network are rapidly coming to a close. The promotion secured a multi-billion dollar agreement with the streaming behemoth Netflix to carry WWE RAW when the calendar flips to January 2025, and NXT has a new home it’ll be packing up the U-Haul and moving into as well — namely The CW.
The only question that remained was precisely when the Black and Gold Brand would make its debut on The CW, and that has now been answered.
While RAW will remain on USA until January, NXT will launch its first showing on The CW on Tuesday, October 1, per an announcement from the network on Thursday, June 20.
Things aren’t entirely bad for USA, however.

They will lose RAW, the flagship brand for WWE, sure, but they will acquire SmackDown on September 13 of this year and, given the rampant success of the Blue Brand over the past several years, and especially over the past several months, it should be a quality marriage that resembles the one USA shared with the Red Brand.
This means that for roughly four months, USA will host both RAW and SmackDown, with FOX being officially out of the picture at that point after their run of broadcasting the latter.
It’s a new era for WWE indeed, and that includes its streaming rights.
